We are a small staff team, which means every adult here knows every student. Nobody gets lost in the numbers, and nobody has to explain themselves from scratch to a different member of staff each lesson.

We have a supportive and friendly team who have vast experience in working with children and families. This skilled and experienced staff team work incredibly hard each day to make the difference in the lives of our students and families.

This is reinforced by ofsted who in January 2025, rated us ‘Good’ in all areas, noting that “pupils learn how to treat others with respect because staff model this well.”
