The safeguarding inbox is monitored by our safeguarding team during school hours in term time. If a child is at immediate risk of harm, call 999. If you are worried about a child and it cannot wait until the next school day, contact North Lincolnshire Children’s Services Single Point of Contact on 01724 296500, or 01724 296555 out of hours.

This policy is currently under review and is being updated in line with the statutory guidance in Keeping Children Safe in Education 2026. The updated version will be published here in early September 2026.
Behaviour and wellbeing
Behaviour Policy 2026–27 (PDF)
Includes our approach to restrictive interventions, reasonable force and seclusion, and how we record incidents and tell parents about them. Approved August 2026. Next review Summer 2027.
We do not use seclusion. Where staff need to use reasonable force to keep someone safe, we write it down and tell parents the same day, in writing.

Relationships and sex education

How we teach relationships and sex education, what is covered by the end of secondary education, and how to request that your child is withdrawn from sex education. The withdrawal request form is at Appendix 1. In effect from 1 September 2026. To be ratified by the Advisory Board in December 2026. Next review August 2027.
