Immediate & 24/7 Crisis Support

  • Childline: Free, confidential support for anyone under 19. Does not appear on phone bills.

Local NHS mental health support

Anyone living in North Lincolnshire who needs to talk to someone about their mental health can call freephone 0808 196 8442 at any time, day or night. This is a non-emergency service.

For urgent support in a crisis, the North Lincolnshire RDaSH team can be reached on 0800 015 0211.

CAMHS, the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, is the NHS specialist service for children and young people. Tel 01724 408460 Children in Care and Care Leavers can self-refer between ages of 13-18. Schools and GPs can also refer.
